School-Based Services
Valley Professionals offers school-based primary care and behavioral health services making it even easier to access quality and affordable health care.
- Services for students and staff of West Vigo HS & MS will be on Tuesdays until noon and all day on Thursdays.
- They are located in the first classroom in the hallway between the High School and Middle school by the Auditorium
Request an appointment to be seen at school by one of our Family Nurse Practitioners. Every student is eligible to receive health care services when they turn in their completed enrollment form signed by a parent or guardian.
